ZMA® (180 Capsules) by NOW is a dietary supplement in capsule form.
- Manufacturer Suggested Use: MEN: Take 3 capsules daily, preferably on an empty stomach, 30-60 minutes before bedtime. For best results, avoid taking with dairy or other calcium-containing foods or supplements. WOMEN: Take 2 capsules daily, preferably on an empty stomach, 30-60 minutes before bedtime. For best results, avoid taking with dairy or other calcium-containing foods or supplements.
Amount per serving:
Vitamin B-6 … 15mg
(from pyridoxine HCl)
Magnesium … 450mg
(elemental) (from magnesium aspartate and magnesium oxide)
Zinc … 30mg
(elemental) (from zinc mono-l-methionine, zinc aspartate and zinc oxide)
Other Ingredients: Hypromellose (cellulose capsule), stearic acid (vegetable source) and silicon dioxide.
Store in a cool, dry, dark place after opening.
