Cancellation policy

Overview

Pine Street Clinic offers subscription plans on select products, allowing you to receive scheduled, automatic deliveries at a frequency you choose. Some subscription plans include a discount off the one-time purchase price ("Subscribe & Save"). By subscribing, you agree to the terms below.

How Subscriptions Work

When you subscribe to a product, you authorize Pine Street Clinic to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the interval you selected (e.g., every 30 days, every 60 days, or every 90 days). Your subscription will continue until you or Pine Street Clinic cancels it.

Before you subscribe, you will see:

  • The price you will be charged for each delivery, including any subscription discount
  • How often you will be charged and receive a delivery
  • That the subscription will continue and your payment method will be charged on a recurring basis until you or Pine Street Clinic cancels it
  • How to cancel your subscription

Your subscription will not begin until you have affirmatively consented to these terms. We will send you a confirmation email after you subscribe, summarizing your subscription terms and how to cancel.

Pricing and Charges

The price of your subscription is the price displayed at the time you subscribe. If a Subscribe & Save discount applies, the discounted price will be shown before you complete your purchase.

Unless otherwise stated, each recurring order will be charged at the then-current subscription price for the product, plus applicable taxes and shipping charges, if any. Charge amounts may vary if taxes, shipping rates, or product pricing change.

Subscription pricing is subject to change. If we change the fee charged under an existing subscription, we will provide clear and conspicuous notice at least 7 days and no more than 30 days before the change takes effect, together with information about how to cancel.

Inventory Availability

Pine Street Clinic sources products from multiple manufacturers and distributors. We do not manufacture these products and cannot guarantee that every product will be in stock for every scheduled subscription delivery. Availability depends on factors outside our control, including manufacturer supply, distributor allocation, and product discontinuation.

If a product is unavailable at the time of your scheduled delivery, we may skip, delay, or cancel that delivery at our discretion. You will not be charged for any delivery that is not fulfilled. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you by email when a delivery is affected by inventory availability.

We will never substitute a different product in place of the one you subscribed to without contacting you first and obtaining your approval.

If a product becomes permanently unavailable, we may cancel your subscription for that product. See "Our Right to Cancel or Modify Subscriptions" below.

Managing Your Subscription

You can manage your subscription by logging into your account at pinestreetclinic.com. Available self-service options may include skipping a delivery, changing delivery frequency, updating your shipping address or payment method, and canceling your subscription. Available options may vary and are subject to change.

Changes to a subscription, including cancellation, skip requests, address changes, frequency changes, and payment updates, must be submitted before the applicable processing cutoff for the next scheduled order. Requests submitted after processing may apply to the following order.

How to Cancel

You may cancel your subscription at any time, for any reason, at no cost. Because you subscribed online, you can cancel online through your customer account at pinestreetclinic.com. No phone call, email, or additional steps are required.

Your cancellation will take effect immediately. You will not be charged again after cancellation. Any delivery already processed or shipped before your cancellation will still be fulfilled.

We will send you a confirmation email after you cancel.

Payment Failures

If we are unable to process a recurring payment, we may retry the charge, notify you to update your payment method, skip a shipment, pause the subscription, or cancel the subscription.

Our Right to Cancel or Modify Subscriptions

We may cancel, pause, discontinue, or make changes to subscription offerings or individual subscriptions for business, legal, regulatory, inventory, supplier, payment, fraud-prevention, or operational reasons. If a change materially affects your existing subscription terms, we will provide advance notice and information on how to cancel before the change takes effect.

If we cancel your subscription, we will notify you by email. You will not be charged for any future deliveries after cancellation. If we have already charged you for a delivery that we are unable to fulfill, we will issue a full refund for that delivery.

Refunds

Canceling your subscription stops future charges and deliveries. It does not retroactively refund charges for deliveries already processed or shipped. For questions about refunds on orders already placed, please see our Return Policy or contact us at hello@pinestreetclinic.com.

Renewal and Promotional Notices

Where required by law, we will send advance reminder or renewal notices before a free trial, promotional pricing period, or longer-term subscription converts or renews. These notices will identify the subscription, the charge amount or frequency, and how to cancel.

Annual Reminder

If your subscription has been active for 12 months or more, we will send you an annual reminder by email identifying the product(s) in your subscription, the price and frequency of charges, and how to cancel.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The most current version is always available at pinestreetclinic.com/policies/subscription-policy. If we make changes that materially affect your subscription terms, we will notify you by email.
