Pure Magnesium Flakes (720 Grams) by Trace Minerals is a dietary supplement in cup form.
- Manufacturer Suggested Use: Dissolve ½ - 1 ½ cups into a foot bath or full bath and soak for a minimum of 30 minutes. The temperature of the water should be warm (101° F to 105° F) rather than hot for best absorption into the skin. After the bath, rinse skin with cool running water. Dab skin dry with a towel and apply a natural moisturizer.
