- Manufacturer Suggested Use: Adults and children 12 years of age and older: Apply to affected area and massage until thoroughly absorbed into skin. Repeat as necessary up to 4 times daily. Pregnant or breastfeeding women and children under 3: Do not use or consult a doctor, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
