Liquid Magnesium with Trace Minerals (4 oz) by Gaia PRO is a dietary supplement in liquid form.
- Manufacturer Suggested Use: This product is highly concentrated and should be mixed with liquid or food in divided servings. Adults take 10 drops initially. Gradually increase to 40 drops (1/2 tsp) 1-2 times daily. A high intake of magnesium may cause a laxative effect. If this occurs, reduce serving amount.
- Does not contain: Gluten, milk.
