IP-6, inositol hexaphosphate, is a natural compound found in the fiber of common cerals, nuts, and legumes, including oats, wheat, rice, soy, and corn. Because IP-6 is phosphorylated (addition of phospate group, PO) in all six positions of the carbon ring, it has the potential to bind and form complexes with carions ( a positively charged ion) IP-6 is, as well an antiozidant. The IP-6 in this product is dervied from rice bran extracted in Japan.
