PRIOR TO YOUR FIRST CONSULTATION
Every protocol created is specifically designed for you and so it is helpful to have time to study information about you and your health background prior to your first visit. Before your first visit, please gather and return the following:

» Simple biographical information.

» Scientific data, such as reports from your doctor and pathologist including those from surgeries, prior treatments (such as chemotherapy or radiation), recent blood tests, X-rays, CAT scans, MRIs, PET scans, and EKGs (original films are not necessary).

» List of all medications and supplements you are currently or have recently taken.

» Biographical information, such as your own personal summary of your health history, including how you’re feeling, what has worked and what has not, and various challenges and successes with your treatment you’ve encountered. Please include any information you think is important or that you feel may have contributed to your current medical situation.

» Questions you and your family and friends may have that should be researched or contemplated before your visit.

You are always welcome to bring a family member, companion, or friend along for your consultation visit.

Your medical information is always treated with complete confidentiality.

PRIOR TO SEASONAL REVIEW & FOLLOW-UP CONSULTATIONS
Please send updates of any medical, personal, or other changes that have occurred since your last visit, such as new blood tests, reports, or other significant events. Also include a current inventory of any supplements you may still have.

WHAT TO EXPECT DURING YOUR VISIT
At your initial consultation, we allocate ninety minutes for you so that there will be no hurry or need to rush. This will give you an opportunity for your questions to be answered, documents to be reviewed, and for opinions and analysis to be offered.

AFTER YOUR VISIT
Following our consultation, your case will be reviewed and recommendations will be typed up. This will be sent to you by mail, email, or fax.

This typed document often includes a treatment protocol, a list of items to investigate, specialists to contact, diet recommendations, and other information we believe will be useful to you.

ON FOLLOW-UP CONSULTATIONS & SEASONAL REVIEWS
This is a time to review and discuss your treatment plan, address any concerns or questions you may have, and make adjustments as necessary. Follow-up consultations and seasonal reviews can take place in person at the Clinic or by phone.

COSTS

» Protocol reviews or changes, either by phone or via email: $108

In addition to the time spent with you during your visit, the above consultation fees includes the time spent preparing for your visit as well as the time spent researching your case and developing your protocol.

MEDICAL INSURANCE
Many plans cover the above costs and we can provide a claim form for reimbursement. The Clinic is not, however, set up for direct billing.
